Win 12 Months Membership

To win 12 months membership at the Body Shape Female Fitness Centre of your choice, simply select the Club below and fill in the information form. Each Club will award two 12 month memberships per year which will be drawn on the 1st March and 1st September

If you are a member of a Body Shape Club and win the 12 month membership, the prize will be credited towards your membership. The Club you enter at will contact you regarding special membership offers. Good luck!
